File a Grievance
At PWAA, we understand occasional issues may arise between residents and landlords. If the parties cannot come to an agreement, or you feel you’re being treated unfairly, our Grievance Committee will step in as a mediator.
Before you submit a grievance, make sure you are in a county ZIP code associated with the Piney Woods Apartment Association.
How to File a Grievance
Step 1
Download the Grievance Form above, and complete the form to the best of your knowledge.
Step 2
Submit a copy of your TAA lease agreement and any correspondence or pictures to:

Step 3
The Resident Relations Committee will review all material. A letter of their recommendations will be sent to the address listed on the grievance.
